About Adswave

Adswave is a read-only budget pacing and client reporting tool for agencies running Google Ads and Meta. It is built and operated by Adswave Software Kft. in Budapest, Hungary.

What it does

An agency connects its Google Ads and Meta accounts, maps them to clients and workspaces, and enters each client's monthly budget. Adswave then shows whether every client is pacing to that budget and alerts you, from rules it checks hourly, when one drifts. It breaks down campaigns and creatives across both platforms, adds products and search terms for Google Ads, and produces branded client reports in twelve languages.

It is built for agencies managing 5 to 35 clients. Plans start at 19.99 euros a month and every plan includes budget alerts and unlimited team seats. See pricing.

Read-only, deliberately

Adswave never changes your campaigns. On Meta it requests the read permission and never the management one. On Google, where the API has a single scope covering both, the guarantee rests on behaviour: Adswave calls three read endpoints and no mutate endpoint is reachable from the product. The security page lists them so you can check.

Tools that adjust budgets for you need write access. We chose not to build that, because the agency owners we build for want to be told, not acted for. It also means no feature in the product can pause a campaign or move a budget, whoever is signed in.

No copy of your campaign data

There is no spend or performance table in the Adswave database. Figures are fetched from Google and Meta when you open a view and held in memory for minutes, not stored. What is kept is the structure you set up, your budgets, and the figures recorded when an alert fires.

One consequence we accept: Adswave cannot publish benchmarks or “average spend by industry” studies, because there is nothing to aggregate. Your data is never someone else's benchmark.

What it is not

Adswave is not a reporting suite with eighty integrations, not an SEO or analytics tool, not an automation engine, and not a data warehouse. It covers Google Ads and Meta. If you need automated bid changes, rank tracking or a GA4 dashboard, another tool does that job.

It also holds no SOC 2, ISO 27001 or third-party penetration test report. What exists is stated plainly on the security page rather than implied here.
