Data Deletion Status

Deletion requests are processed promptly after they are received. When you disconnect a connector or delete your account, the associated tokens and organization data are removed from our systems. Short-lived metric caches clear when they expire or when the related connection is removed.

Full account deletion is completed within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep certain records. Campaigns and data inside Google Ads or Meta are not deleted by Adswave; only our access and the data we hold about your Adswave account are removed.

If you submitted a deletion request and want written confirmation of its completion, contact hello@adswave.io and include the email address associated with your account.
