Branded Google Ads & Meta reports in 12 languages
Google Ads and Meta client reports in English plus 11 languages, set per client. Your logo, a no-login share link and PDF export. On Standard and Pro.
Adswave builds Google Ads and Meta client reports in English or 11 other languages. You set the language once per client, and every report, share link and PDF for that client uses it. Each report carries your agency name and logo plus the client's logo. The footer always reads "Powered by Adswave". Reports come with the Standard and Pro plans.

Which languages a client report can use
Reports render in English, German, Spanish, French, Hungarian, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian. English is the default.
The language belongs to the client, not to a report or a link. You set it under Client report language in the report builder's Share card.
Translated: module titles, metric and column labels, date-preset and pacing-window labels, empty and error messages, "Prepared for" and "Generated". Dates, numbers and money use the locale's format.
Not translated:
- Campaign, keyword, product and ad names, exactly as in Google Ads or Meta.
- "Powered by Adswave", which stays in English.
- Shared-link page controls, such as Download PDF.
- The report builder, which your team uses in English.
How branding works on a client report
The header shows your agency logo on the left, or your agency name without one. On the right it shows "Prepared for", the client's name and the client's logo.
Your agency name and logo are set once per organisation, in the report builder's Branding card. Only owners and admins can change them. Each client can have its own logo, which any teammate with access to that client can upload. Logos can be PNG, JPG, WEBP or SVG, up to 2 MB. They are stored as publicly readable files.
The footer shows your agency name, "Powered by Adswave" and the time the report was generated. No plan removes "Powered by Adswave". The reports are branded, not fully white-label.
What a client report can show
- Campaigns for Google Ads and Meta. On Google Ads it can add conversion actions and Shopping product performance.
- Budget Pacing, spend against the client's budget.
- Keywords & Search Terms, Google Ads only.
- Creative & Text Assets: Google headline assets, Meta images and videos.
Keyword, search-term and headline tables show the top 5 rows. You can hide individual table columns, and the shared link renders without them. Changes & Experiments and Alerts cannot be added.
A new report covers last month, compared with the previous month. You can also compare with the previous period, a custom range or nothing. Periods roll forward. On 30 September a "last month" link shows August, and on 1 October it shows September. "This month" and the last 7, 30 and 90 days include today, whose spend is still coming in.
How fresh the numbers in a report are
A report is not a frozen snapshot. Adswave builds it from live Google Ads and Meta data, then caches the build in memory:
0 to 5 minutes after a build served as built
5 to 30 minutes served as built, rebuilt in the background
after 30 minutes dropped, rebuilt on the next view
The first view of an uncached report shows a placeholder until the build finishes. Your team can force a rebuild from the builder, at most once per workspace every 5 minutes. Your client cannot.
How the Budget Pacing bars add up
The report's Budget Pacing module shows spend against budget for one, two and three calendar months, ending on the report's end date. With budgets set per ad account on the client, each month in a bar counts its full monthly budget.
bar budget = monthly budget x calendar months in the bar
Take a client on €2,000 a month for Google Ads and €1,000 for Meta, unchanged since before July. A "last month" report opened on 1 October 2026 covers September:
1 month September budget €3,000
2 months August to September budget €6,000
3 months July to September budget €9,000
At €3,150 spent in September, the first bar reads €3,150 / €3,000. The bar stops filling at 100%, so read the amounts to spot overspend.
A partly finished month still counts in full. On 15 October, a "this month" report sets 15 days of spend against the whole €3,000. Even spending shows under half (15 / 31 = 48%), which is not underspend. For a daily expected line, use Budget Pacing in the app.
Sharing a report without a client login
Turn on sharing and Adswave creates a link with a random token:
token = 32 random bytes = 32 x 8 = 256 bits
link = https://app.adswave.io/r/ + 43 URL-safe characters
The link opens the report read-only. Your client needs no login and no account. Anyone with the URL can open it.
- Disable stops the link at once but keeps the token. Turning sharing back on restores the same URL.
- Rotate issues a new token and turns sharing on. The old URL stops working at once.
Disable pauses a link. Rotate is for a link that reached someone it should not. Turning sharing on, disabling and rotating are recorded in your organisation's audit log. Share pages are marked noindex and blocked in robots.txt. Security covers how Adswave handles access to your ad accounts.
Exporting a client report to PDF
PDF export runs in the browser's print dialog, where you choose Save as PDF. There is no server-side renderer. From the builder, export opens a print tab that starts printing on its own. On the shared link, your client can press Download PDF.
The PDF keeps the client's language and your branding. It comes out as one continuous page, and it is designed for Chrome and Edge.
What client reports do not do
- No scheduled or emailed reports. Nothing is sent on a schedule or as an attachment. You send the link yourself.
- No custom domain. Every link lives on app.adswave.io.
- No view tracking you can see. Opens are counted internally but not shown in the app.
- No password or expiry date on a link.
- No archive. A link shows current data for its rolling period. Save a PDF to keep a month on record.
- No changes to your accounts. Adswave only reads from Google Ads and Meta.
Which plan includes client reports
Client reports come with Standard at €47.99 a month and Pro at €129.99. Basic at €19.99 does not include them. The 7-day free trial, no card required, runs on Standard, so reports are part of it. Pricing compares the plans.
Questions people ask
Can I send Google Ads reports to clients in their own language?
Yes. Set the client's report language once, and every report, link and PDF for that client uses it. Campaign and keyword names stay as they are in Google Ads. The client reports help page covers the setup.
Are Adswave client reports white-label?
They are branded. Your agency name, your logo and the client's logo lead the report. The footer always includes "Powered by Adswave".
Can I schedule a monthly report email?
No. A "last month" link rolls forward on the first of each month, so one link sent once keeps showing the latest full month.
