Client reports in 12 languages: locale, branding and share links

How Adswave client reports work: English plus eleven languages per client, your logo and agency name, a no-login share link, PDF export, and how to rotate or stop a link.

Client reports are built from the same modules you use in the app and rendered in the client's language with your branding. They ship on the Standard and Pro plans.

Languages

Reports render in German, Spanish, French, Hungarian, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian, plus English: twelve in total. The language is set per client, not per report, under Client report language in the report builder's Share card. Every report, shared link and PDF for that client then uses it, so an agency with clients in three countries sends each one a report in their own language without three templates.

Translated: module titles, metric and column labels, date presets, pacing windows, empty-state messages, "Prepared for" and "Generated". Number, date and money formats follow the language. Not translated: campaign, keyword, product and ad names, which come from the platforms as they are, the "Powered by Adswave" line, and the shared page's own controls, such as Download PDF.

Branding

Your agency name and logo are set once per organisation, in the report builder's Branding card, and appear on every report. Only owners and admins can change them. Each client can also have its own logo, which anyone with access to the client can upload. Logos can be PNG, JPG, WEBP or SVG, up to 2 MB.

The header shows your logo, or your agency name if there is no logo, and "Prepared for" with the client's name and logo. The footer always carries "Powered by Adswave", on every plan.

What a report can include

Campaigns (with conversion actions and Shopping products for Google Ads), Budget Pacing, Keywords and Search Terms, and Creative and Text Assets. Keyword, search-term and headline tables show the top five rows, and you can hide individual columns. Changes and Experiments and Alerts cannot be added.

Sharing

A shared report is a tokenised link: 256 bits of randomness, read-only, no login and no client account. Anyone with the URL can open it, so treat it like a document you would email.

  • Rotate issues a new token and invalidates the old URL immediately. Use it when a link has gone somewhere it should not.
  • Disable sharing stops access but keeps the same token, so re-enabling restores the old URL. Rotate when you need a URL to stop working for good.

Links have no password and no expiry date. Turning sharing on, rotating and disabling are recorded in your organisation's audit log. Share pages are kept out of search engines.

PDF

Every report exports to PDF through the browser's print dialog, in the same language and branding. From the builder, export opens a print tab. On a shared link, your client can press Download PDF. The PDF is one continuous page and works best in Chrome and Edge.

How fresh a report is

A report is built from live Google Ads and Meta data when it is opened, then kept for up to 30 minutes and rebuilt in the background after the first five. The first view of a report that is not cached shows a placeholder while it builds. Periods such as "last month" roll forward, so a link sent once keeps showing the latest full month.

Which plan

Reports are included on Standard and Pro. Basic does not include them.

What the report does not do

It does not schedule or email itself: you send the link. It has no custom domain; links live on app.adswave.io. It also does not reconcile invoices. The spend figures come from the platforms' reporting, which they may revise, and billing should be checked against the platforms' own invoices.
