Billing and plans
Who can manage billing, what each plan includes and limits, how analysis runs are counted, the all-modules add-on, the 7-day trial, plan changes and tax.
Billing is per organisation, monthly, in euros, through Stripe. This page is the reference; the pricing page has the same figures with the plan comparison.
Who can manage billing
Billing and Usage is an admin area. Owners and admins see the subscription, usage and add-ons, and open the Stripe customer portal for invoices and plan changes. Members see a notice that an admin is needed.

Clients are counted across the whole organisation, so a client that sits in three workspaces counts once.
Analysis runs
A run is one request to a part of the product that fetches data on demand:
- Loading the Campaigns table, the Changes and Experiments feed, or a Keywords and Search Terms view or chart uses one run.
- Opening Creative and Text Assets uses three: asset insights, Google creatives and Meta creatives.
- Viewing Budget Pacing uses none. Its Refresh button uses one run per workspace it refreshes, so with All workspaces selected it uses one for each.
- The alerts Evaluate now button uses one.
- Client reports, shared report links and scheduled alert checks use none.
A request answered from Adswave's cache still counts. Runs reset at the start of each billing period. When they run out, the app shows the reset date and the data views pause until then or until you upgrade.
The all-modules add-on
Standard can add every module, including Changes and Experiments and anything released later, for 29.99 EUR a month. It adds modules only, not higher limits. Pro includes all modules by default. The add-on is not available on Basic.
Trial
The first organisation you create starts a 7-day trial of Standard. No card is required. The trial is once per person: further organisations you create start without one, and joining a team by invitation does not use it up.
During the trial you have Standard's modules and limits, including 100 runs. If you subscribe before it ends, the first charge falls on the day the trial would have ended. When it ends without a subscription, choose a plan to keep using the modules and reports. Your settings, clients and connections remain.
Changing plans and cancelling
Plan changes and cancellation for a paid subscription happen in the Stripe customer portal, opened from Billing. The portal shows when each change takes effect.
Limits are checked when you add something: a client, a workspace, an ad account link, an invitation or an alert rule. After a move to a smaller plan, what you already have stays, but you cannot add more until you are back under the new limit.
Tax and invoices
Checkout asks for a billing address and lets you enter a tax ID, and tax is calculated by Stripe from those details. Invoices and payment history are in the Stripe customer portal, opened from the Billing History card.
